How To Use Your Dry Skin Brush


  1. Brush your dry body before you shower or bathe, preferably in the morning.
  2. Start at your feet and always brush toward your heart. Use brisk circular motions or long, even strokes.
  3. Brush all the way up your legs, then over your abdomen, buttocks, and back. If you have cellulite on your hips and thighs, concentrate their a little longer. For complete dissolving of cellulite, brush for 10 minutes daily for several months.
  4. Brush lightly on sensitive areas like breasts and more firmly on areas like soles of the feet.
  5. When you reach your arms, begin at your fingers and brush up your arms, toward your heart. Brush your shoulders and chest down, always toward your heart.
  6. Avoid brushing anywhere the skin is broken or where you have a rash, infection, cut or wound.
  7. Finish by taking a shower and if you choose, use cold/hot therapy to further stimulate the lymphatic system and improve circulation.
  8. Dry off vigorously and massage pure plant oils into your skin such as almond, sesame, avocado, coconut, olive or cocoa butter.

Cellulite Reduction with Essential Oils


Use Young Living Essential Oils, because of their highest therapeutic qualities.

Cel-Lite Massage Oil

Vegetable Oils: almond oil, coconut oil, grape seed oil, olive oil, wheat germ oil.

Essential oils: cedarwood, clary sage, cypress, grapefruit, Juniper, black pepper.

Massage Cel-Lite Massage Oil into the areas needed before the application of other essential oils.

Lemon and Grapefruit essential oils, 3-4 drops each:

Allow at least 1 minute before next group of essential oils, helping to start the process of dissolving the cellulite.

Cypress and Purification essential oils, 3-4 drops each:

Allow at least 1 minute before next group of essential oils, helping to start the process of bringing blood flow to area and start to pull toxins and neutralize.

Patchouly and Rosewood essential oils, 3-4 drops each:

Allow at least 1 minute before next group of essential oils, helping to start digestion of toxins in the tissues, weight reduction, toning and soothing of the skin.

Peppermint essential oil, 3-4 drops each:

Opens the sensory system, soothes and cools the skin, brings oxygen and blood flow to the area.

Other Young Living Essential Oils to rotate with:

You do not need all these oils but they are nice alternatives to rotate into sessions.

  • Tangerine: dissolves fat
  • Spikenard: increases metabolism to burn fat
  • Basil, Frankincense, Gentle Baby, Helichrysum, Hyssop, Lavender, Lemongrass, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme: attack fat and cellulite.

Apply hot compress to areas, optional.

Allow Oils to set for 10-20 minutes.

Legs should feel tingly or cool, detoxification may feel like light burning sensation.
