Class 1 – Cleanse & Stay Healthy!

Nutrition, Cleansing & Weight Loss

In this class we’ll cover the basics of how to stay healthy by covering various common ways of eating, improving our choices, including more of what we need and less of what we don’t need, and watching how easy it is to prepare light, clean, easy meals that are nourishing and healthy.

Class 2 – Move & Stay Fit!

Movement & Fitness

In this class we’ll cover  the basics of how to stay fit by covering various common ways of exercise, organizing and scheduling our efforts so it becomes easier. It will include learning a basic Walking Program and an easy, 10-minute sequence to maintain flexibility you can do anywhere.

Class 3 – Relax & Stay Calm!

Relaxation, Meditation, Massage, Spa & Essential Oils

In this class we’ll cover  the basics of how to relax, reduce stress and anxiety by exploring various ways of using spa, massage and essential oils to improve our well being. Experience how easy it is to systematically relax your body and mind with classic relaxation techniques taught by Dr. Herbert Bensen of the Harvard Medical School.

Class 4 – Glow & Stay Focused!

Life Purpose & Visualization of Goals

In this class we’ll cover the basics of how to stay focused in your life, by covering ways of accessing your deepest goals and life purpose, by going through the Life Goals Exercise, and seeing how easy it is to prepare a focused plan that fulfills you on the deepest levels.
